



Dua Lipa 2018 Tour Concept
During my marketing class, we were assigned to choose a local event and create a cohesive advertisement brand for it. I chose British Pop singer, Dua Lipa’s San Diego concert. Dua Lipa’s music revolves around female empowerment and her audience ranges from 13-30 year olds. I wanted to appeal to the audience by choosing feminine colors such as pink, purple and blue. I created the layout based on fashion lookbooks since Dua Lipa’s image is also very chic and strong. The illustration icons surrounding the poster are based off her song titles from her latest album.
After creating a design base, I created different responsive designs for posters, flyers, tickets, and billboards on InDesign. I also designed digital ads that are tailored for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, writing the captions to fit that specific platform.
